Welcome to Poop Hunter! By accessing or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
Poop Hunter offers professional pet waste removal services, including weekly, bi-weekly, twice-weekly, monthly, and one-time cleanups for residential and commercial properties.
2. Scheduling & Access
- Access: Clients must ensure unobstructed access to the designated service areas on scheduled days. If access is restricted due to locked gates or other barriers, the full service fee will be charged.
- Aggressive Dogs: We love meeting your furry friends! However, if a dog exhibits aggressive behavior, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the service for the safety of our technicians.
3. Payments & Billing
- Prepayment: All services are prepaid unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Billing: Payments are processed through our secure online system. Late or missed payments may result in service interruption.
- Price Adjustments: Service rates may be adjusted based on yard size, waste volume, or number of pets. Clients will be notified of any changes in advance.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Notice: Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Missed Appointments: Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a non-refundable charge for the missed service.
5. Pet Safety & Waste Removal
- Pet Interaction: Our technicians are pet-friendly and enjoy interacting with your dogs. However, if a dog is known to be aggressive, please ensure they are secured during service times.
- Waste Removal: We guarantee thorough waste removal. If you’re unsatisfied, contact us within 24 hours, and we’ll address the issue promptly.
6. Equipment & Sanitation
- Sanitation: All equipment is sanitized between services to prevent cross-contamination.
- Safety: Technicians wear appropriate protective gear and follow safety protocols during each visit.
7. Liability
Poop Hunter is not responsible for damages resulting from:
- Pre-existing yard conditions.
- Unreported pet hazards.
- Inaccurate information provided by the client.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
